Coast Squadron Yacht Programme

If you are a Power Squadron Member, Coast Underwriters recognizes your enthusiasm for further boating knowledge and your concerned participation in the Boating Community.

You have at Coast Underwriters, a Power Squadron programme from a Local Market with Underwriters familiar with your waters, pleasure craft, rates, repairers and surveyors. 

Coast Underwriters Power Squadron Programme (CSP) is run by people that know you, what to do and how to do it (quickly) when your boat is faced with a claim.

Our COAST SQUADRON PROGRAMME allows a 20% credit off our basic policy premium for Power Squadron members. The 20% is substantial savings, but add to that experience and equipment credits of 10% and you have a 30% savings to offer members wishing to choose the "alternative" to their existing insurance plan. A copy of your current CPS Membership Card must be provided with the application.

We want to highlight to you that we have added at no cost, the popular "Towing Endorsement" to our CSP plan and attach a copy for your review.

"CSP" TOWING ENDORSEMENT

NOTWITHSTANDING anything contained herein to the contrary, it is hereby understood that this Company will pay the reasonable commercial towing and labour costs incurred as a result of any breakdown of the insured pleasure craft, including running out of fuel, up to an amount of $500 per tow or incident.

Towing is defined as from the location of the breakdown until the insured vessel is berthed at the home port or the nearest repair or fuel facility, whichever is the lesser in distance.

A deductible of $50 to apply to each and every tow.
