ON-LINE FEATURES

Our on-line feature is user friendly and available around the clock.  Available only to our insurance brokers, all that is required is a log-in name and password

·         View your files

All the files for your company are available for viewing.If you have multiple branches, you can only view for your branch office.

·         Printing

All our transactions from 2005 onwards have a PDF – just click on the red Adobe  icon to open the PDF and printAll transactions processed in our office, are electronically signed by the Underwriter

·         Quoting

The quoting system requires very basic information to allow you to obtain a quick quote.You can quote up to 14 years of age with values up to $250,000.  The parameters are outlined on the first screen of the quote a/o application

·         Binding

The on-line system allows you to bind (within the acceptable guidelines) coverage, a major convenience when the underwriters are unavailable a/o the office is closed.

·         Complete the application and print it out for owners signature

You can easily convert your on-line quote into an application, which transfers all the information already entered.After you convert the quote, you open the application to finish, click on the red Adobe  icon to open the PDF and print.

For Brokers that exceed certain volume thresholds, we can provide them with broader access to our computer system.

·         Save yourself the time involved in sending in a request and waiting when you can:

·         Issue new policies (subject to certain conditions)

·         Issue address changes

·         Issue mortgagee changes

·         Up-dating information such as serial numbers, etc.
